A CONQUERING FAITH
LESSON FOR THE JUNIOR CLASSES

INTRODUCTION AND STUDY
The Bible tells us a lot about Faith. It is something that God gives us so that we will be able to connect with Him, talk to Him, understand Him and have the ability to live a Christian life that is well pleasing to Him. The Holy Spirit is the one that brings this Faith in God to you so that you can live in fellowship with Him and enjoy the many blessings that Jesus brings.
When you have the kind of Faith that the Holy Spirit gives you, you will be able to live a holy life, live in righteousness, and most important to live in love.
The problem is however that sometimes there are days when things do not seem to go right. You can’t find your books to take to school, you can’t find your rain boots so that your feet won’t get wet in the falling rain, and you just realized that you have not finished your homework that the teacher expects you to hand in. Then on top of everything Mom or Dad did not get a chance to finish preparing your lunch. What a serious situation!
It is not every day that this happens. but sometimes things seem to multiply one after the other.We are in the same position
You need a victory over all these problems.
The Bible in chapter 5: teaches us that God is the one that can give you this victory, and with this Faith, belief, and trust in God, which means that you will never let God go but you will always hold His hand, you will overcome the problems life in the world brings sometimes.
We always remember that God is always there with us and since He has given us instructions as to how we are to live we know that God has the best in mind for us.
The reason for this is found in the nature of God. He loves us with a divine love. This is something much more than we can ever imagine. So we know that God is love and love is from God.
God’s love is even better than the love of parents, family, and friends who love you and care for you no matter what happens. God is so big and powerful that He also looks after your parents and looks after you at the same time.
God is so amazing that He loved us even before we loved Him. He was so concerned about us and the wrong things that we do that He sent His son to bear all the punishment that He would normally give to people for committing sins. Even when we make bad choices God continues to love us, to care for us, and to do what is necessary so that we will not repeat the wrong things that we sometimes like to do.
Because God has given us this powerful faith in Him it will enable us to have victory over everything that happens in the world. Sometimes the problems seem overwhelming and it seems that we cannot solve them, but as we grow stronger in our Faith that God has given us we will learn how to go to God in prayer, talk to Him honestly, tell Him what the problem is, and we know that He will solve the problems. Maybe He will not do it as quickly as you would like but He will do it for He loves you and wants the best for you. Often we need to be patient. This need for patience is very important. It will help us grow stronger and stronger in our conquering Faith.
So remember that you are in fellowship with God. The Holy Spirit is in you, you are in Jesus, and Jesus is in God the Father. We say therefore that you are in a covenant relationship with God and this will give you conquering Faith. Your job is to tell others about Jesus and God the Father so that they too would benefit from their relationship with Him when they come to live in Him.
